Sponge cake: eggs, flour, sugar, baking powder, lemon zest. Peach purée "heart": canned peaches, peach syrup, sugar, pectin, lemon juice. Raspberry mousse: heavy cream, white chocolate, raspberry purée, gelatin, raspberry paste. Decoration: mirror glaze, sugar pearls, dried raspberries.
