SIA LEICHAS, Registration number: 40203209909, Jomas iela 63, Jūrmala, Latvia, LV-2015, hereinafter referred to as the online store, provides the content available on the website and offers goods/services in accordance with the Terms of Use outlined below.
1. General Provisions
If a consumer purchases goods/services through the website, such a mutual agreement is considered a Distance Contract and is subject to the legal norms of the Republic of Latvia regulating distance contracts, including, but not limited to, the "Consumer Rights Protection Law" of the Republic of Latvia, the Cabinet of Ministers regulations of the Republic of Latvia "Regulations on Distance Contracts," etc.
2. Making Purchases
Prices and specifications of products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products.
To place an order, add the desired products to your shopping cart. Fill in all required fields and choose the most suitable delivery method. The total cost of the order with delivery will then be displayed on the screen. Make the payment to complete the order.
3. Payment Terms
The currency for payments on the website is EUR. Purchases can be paid for using the following payment methods provided by the payment platform makecommerce.lv, Maksekeskus AS:

- Visa/Mastercard card payments
NB! When using the internet banking payment method, confirm the order and click on the "Return to merchant" button.
Personal data required for payments is transferred to the licensed payment institution Maksekeskus AS.
The contract comes into effect upon successful payment to the online store's bank account. If for some reason the order cannot be fulfilled, the Buyer will be informed and the amount paid will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days after receiving the notification.
4. Delivery Terms
Goods are delivered in Latvia. Purchased goods are delivered using: courier, Omniva parcel locker partner, postal courier, pickup from store. All fees and taxes to be paid for receiving the shipment at the delivery destination must be covered by the Buyer. Delivery costs are displayed before confirming the order. Purchased goods are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer within 2 working days. In exceptional cases, we have the right to send goods within up to 45 calendar days, informing the client about it.
5. Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the goods within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the Goods by notifying the Seller via email: ballite2cafebitite.lv The right of withdrawal is not applicable if the Buyer is a legal entity.
To exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal, the goods may only be used for their intended purposes; the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the period of exercising the right of withdrawal. If the goods are used improperly or damaged, if the original packaging of the goods is lost, or if its packaging is significantly damaged, the online store has the right to reduce the refunded amount in accordance with the decrease in the value of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must submit a withdrawal form, which can be found here: withdrawal form within 14 days after receiving the goods.
The Buyer covers the costs of returning the goods, except when the reason for return is that the goods do not conform to the order (e.g., incorrect or damaged product).
The Buyer's obligation is to return the Goods to the Seller without delay, but no later than 14 days after sending the withdrawal form to the online store. Upon receipt of the returned goods, the online store shall immediately, but no later than within 14 days, refund all payments received from the buyer based on the Distance Contract.
The Seller has the right to withhold payment until the Seller has received the Goods from the Buyer or proof of return of the goods. If the buyer has chosen a shipping method other than the cheapest shipping method offered by the online store, the online store is not obliged to compensate for the exceeded shipping costs.
The online store is not responsible for delays in performance, non-performance, or any other form of non-performance caused by circumstances and obstacles beyond the online store's reasonable control.
The online store reserves the right to refuse to sell goods and demand the return of goods from the Buyer if the price indicated in the online store is significantly lower than its market price due to an error.
6. Consumer Rights Regarding Non-conforming Goods
The online store is responsible for non-conformities or defects in the goods sold to the Buyer that existed at the time of delivery, if such an assumption is not contrary to the nature of the item or defect. The Buyer must inform the Seller about non-conformity of the goods immediately, within 14 days after its detection, i.e., submit a complaint. The Buyer can submit a complaint by contacting the online store via email: ballite@cafebitite.lv.
The online store is not responsible for defects that arose after the delivery of the goods to the Buyer. If the purchased goods have defects for which the Seller is responsible, the Buyer has the right to demand the elimination of the defects or exchange for new goods free of charge.
If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Seller refunds all payments provided for in the Distance Contract to the Buyer. The Seller provides a written response to the consumer's complaint within 15 days.
7. Processing of Buyer's Personal Data
The online store processes only the personal data entered by the buyer when ordering goods, such as name, surname, email, etc.
The online store transfers personal data to transport service provider/s to ensure the delivery of goods.
