A seasonal delicacy we only enjoy in summer – the pleasant tartness of juicy rhubarb meets a soft sponge base and crispy crumbles on top. Light, fresh, and just sweet enough for a warm summer day in Jūrmala. An excellent choice with morning coffee or as a refreshing afternoon treat.
