The beloved "Bitīte" confectionery, a favourite among Jūrmala residents and visitors, is celebrating its anniversary by opening the summer POP UP restaurant "Buzz bar" on the café's rooftop terrace, where guests can enjoy a refined menu with a bird's-eye view over Jomas Street.

Confectionery "Bitīte" has won the hearts of its visitors with delicious pastries, cakes, desserts, and breakfast options made from high-quality ingredients. The menu for the Pop-up restaurant "Buzz bar" was created by Reinis Čerņajevs, the head chef of "Kempinski" restaurant "Stage 22". The chef has also worked in Michelin-starred restaurants, so his contribution to the "Buzz bar" menu is something everyone should appreciate – seemingly ordinary dishes are made exceptionally enjoyable, including Fish & Chips with Norwegian cod, truffle oil fries, house-smoked pork ribs with dill mayonnaise, and Caesar salad with grilled tiger prawns.
